Changed your mind? No problem.
We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not right, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box (the box is part of the product, please don't tape or label it directly).
- All original tags and original packaging must be included.
How to start a return
- Email contact@kingsluxe.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions.
- Post the item back to our store using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.
