Can I return something?

Yes — unworn items can be returned within 14 days with the box, tags and auth card. See Returns.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Klarna and Clearpay are available at checkout, letting you split payment into interest-free instalments.

What does “Pre-Owned Grade A / B” mean?

Grade A — worn lightly, excellent condition. Grade B — visible wear, priced accordingly. Every pre-owned pair is photographed and described honestly.

How do drops work?
